If he had done his due diligence he would know that we have owned the domain names for Dugout Manager since 2005 and that the individual referred offered to buy them from us long after that we said not for sale. We do not need to trademark the word Dugout Manager. Please look up both the domain dates referred to above to get the truth. T.T. ails H. Kingsley, ails DS Stewert, ails anonymous has been used; he should have researched the hearsay, lies and unsubstantiated information before putting it in writing on the internet. We have been patiently and painstakingly following our legal council's advice and are so excited that we will soon be able to hold T.T. ails H.
