Patent number 8,245,858 is for a simple yet ingenious (simply-ingenious) Baseball & Softball dugout equipment organizer called the DOM Dugout Manager that will insure safety and organization in baseball and softball dugouts throughout the world.
“The DOM Dugout Manager is already a success and working as intended for both baseball and softball teams coast to coast across the U.S. “Hawaii to New York in approximately 32 states, Canada and soon Central America, “said John E Doran, CEO and founder of CSI Creative Sports Innovations. “The DOM Dugout Manager has proven its effectiveness, durability and fun likeability as a dugout equipment organizer with safety as its number one priority.”
“Early success can be attributed to CSI Creative Sports Innovations understanding that a businesses must be flexible to adjust its strategic planning to offer the best quality products, services at the most cost effective price appropriate to the time, including careful consideration to both the economic environment during time of development and looking ahead to the foreseen economic environment such as the current economic downturn that we are in today, “said John Doran. That consideration also played a major role in the choice to go with an individual player concept instead of a shared or team dugout organizer concept.
Looking ahead, CSI Creative Sports Innovations also realizes that “Corporate alliances are growing in numbers and account for up to a third of revenues and value at many companies. John E Doran will focus on building alliances and developing win/win relationships with other like-minded companies this year. "Make no mistake said John Doran, CEO and founder of CSI Creative Sports Innovations we know all too well the complexities that go with alliances that involve interdependence between companies that may be competitors and may also have vastly different operating styles and cultures, that will demand more care." Orange County California, U.S.A. – April 5, 2012. The DOM method, as titled by the creator and designer of the DOM, Dugout Manager has been tested for over 3 years and proven successful as a character building and training tool by Coaches, Managers, and Parents of players from T-ball through Jr. College. Since the Dugout Managers conception in 2005, creator an inventor John E Doran intent was to have the DOM, Dugout Manager used as a teaching and training tool first, and a Baseball & Softball dugout equipment organizer second. When the DOM Method is applied just as creating a habit, Coaches, Managers and Parents have noted a greater sense of Respect, Discipline, Confidence, Relaxation and Fun. The kids have commented, “we like knowing exactly where to find our equipment all the time and most of all have fun experimenting with different ways to use the DOM, Dugout Manager”. CSI Creative Sports Innovations plans to roll-out an aggressive information campaign informing both Travel teams and Recreational teams for baseball & Softball informing them of the proven success using the DOM, Dugout Manager as a character building and training tool by Coaches, Managers, and Parents of players from T-ball through Jr. College.

T.T. alias H. Kingsley, alias DS Stewert, alias anonymous continues to shoot himself in the foot and proves that he or they have not done their homework with regards to dates, domain names, trademarks, and or patent. If he had done his due diligence he would know that we have owned the domain names for Dugout Manager since 2005 and that the individual referred offered to buy them from us long after that we said not for sale. We do not need to trademark the word Dugout Manager.
Please look up both the domain dates referred to above to get the truth. T.T. ails H. Kingsley, ails DS Stewert, ails anonymous has been used; he should have researched the hearsay, lies and unsubstantiated information before putting it in writing on the internet.
We have been patiently and painstakingly following our legal council's advice and are so excited that we will soon be able to hold T.T. ails H. Kingsley, ails DS Stewert and ails anonymous accountable.

In the near future he will be saying to himself, why did I lie? Why did I listen to a stranger from another state and not check my facts? Why didn't I take the time to investigate before I wrote? I should have known better than to put anything in writing especially on the internet? Why didn't just stop on 1/12/12?
Make no mistake, we can back ourselves with hard documentation and eyewitnesses, can you? We are getting close, remember my promise.....
Dugout Organizer the DOM the TRUE
Please disregard, this is just another pathetic, cowardly, desperate attempt by a competitor who from the start has not been able to stand on his own merits and has followed and copied all of our ideas even changing his verbiage on his website to match ours as we progressed. We have monitored and documented his website changes from the start, online activities and business practices to assemble a detailed timeline backed by hard documentation. Note, how he uses the different variations of the name of our product "; DOM Dugout Organizer Dugout Manager Dugout Manager" to make sure this comment follows us. He only continues to provide more information that will he will be held accountable for in the near future. We are quite aware of his associates that have called and e-mailed us to get information. We have several thousand customers across the US, Canada and Hawaii without a single issue, complaint or problem. It’s sad that we have allowed such forums to let individuals make unsubstantiated claims and cheap shots with no proof or verification. DS Stewart also known as anonymous on scam book mysteriously is not available to comment nor could be reached, what a surprise. What American do you know that would spend their hard earned money and then just quit and say “I will never call back just chalk it up as loss”. DS Stewart may not be aware that all communications done on any computer can be traced back to its origin using the Mac address provided on every computer in the world. We are going to make sure that DS Stewart D Simmos Howard Kingsley also known as anonymous on scam book learns the difference between Patent vs. Trademark and more importantly to be accountable for his written comments, actions, and vindictive methods so we can help him learn a lesson and then perhaps in the future will to do the next right thing in life and business. http://www.la.bbb.org/business-reviews/Sporting-Goods-Retail/The-DOMDugout- Manager-in-Cypress-CA-100113713 TRUSTLINK ITS AFFILIATED WITH BBB Click to view our reviews BBB AND TRUSTLINK KNOW WHO WE ARE.
